Christmas Tree Festival

Community Christmas Tree Festival 2019

This year’s Festival starts on Saturday 30 November and runs until the first Sunday in January with the celebration of the Feast of Epiphany. The day before, there will be a short 'lighting up' service which anyone is welcome to attend.

This year there are 20 trees decorated by local community groups and organisations, many in keeping with their particular interests. The Church is normally open from around 9.00am to dusk, so do drop in to look at the trees.

You’ll also see, in the entrance way, our ‘Angel Tree’ where visitors may donate £1 and choose their own decoration to hang up - great for kids, of all ages!

There is no charge to come in, but there will be collecting buckets available to donate to this year's chosen charities - Helen and Douglas House and Wycombe Homeless Connection.

The Festival draws to a close with a Service at 10am on Sunday 5 January, celebrating the Feast of Epiphany, when traditionally the Wise Men offered their gifts to the Infant Jesus to which everyone is warmly invited and welcome to attend.

The pictures below are of some of previous years' trees.
